Formation of National Bank for Agriculture & Rural Development (NABARD) was done 12th July, 1982 to encourage consistent growth of agricultural and rural affluence by way of refinance credit to Rural Financial Institutions such as Cooperative Banks and Regional Rural Banks as well as lending to state owned institutional concerns.

Candidate must hold Engineering Degree (B.E., B. Tech ) from recognized university with minimum 60 %marks
Masters degree from recognized university with Min. 60% marks
MBA (Full Time) or Pg diploma in management from AICTE or UGC recognized university with a Engineering Degree
CA /CS/ Cost Accountant  with Bachelors degree
Doctorate degree with Masters degree
Manager Grade B
Masters Degree from recognized university with 60 % marks
2 yrs Pg diploma in management from any AICTE or UGC recognized university with Bachelors degree
CA /CS/ Cost Accountant  with Bachelors degree
Doctorate degree with Masters degree

 Note- Relaxation of 55 marks will be applicable for SC/St candidates.

Selection Procedure & Pattern of Question Paper -

For Assistant Manger Grade A- Selection of the candidates will take place in 3 Phrases that is Preliminary written Test, Main Exam and final interview.

Phrase 1 – (Preliminary exam) the question paper will be divided into 5 sections containing multiple choice questions of 200 marks with duration of 1 hour
