Northern Railway, comprising 5 divisions i.e., Ambala,
Delhi, Ferozpur, Lucknow and Moradabad, is the largest zone in terms of route
kms. NR covers the states of J & K, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh,
Uttaranchal, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and the U.T of Chandigarh.

Qualification: Indian nationals who holds Matriculation
certificate can apply.
Age
Criterion: Age of the Sports personnel applying for any discipline
above must be in the range of 18-25 yrs as on 01st Jan-2015.
Monthly
Remuneration: Initial emoluments of Rs.5,200 - Rs.20,200 +
G.P Rs.1,800/-will be distributed to selected aspirants.
Sports
Performance Criteria: Candidates applying for the posts must
satisfy the conditions as specifically mentioned in the employment

same.
Selection
Pattern: Candidates will be short-listed for selection which would
comprise-
1. Sports
performance trial,
2. Educational
qualification, assessment of interview, verification of original documents.
Process

Educational Eligibility: Applicant
should be 10th class Pass (Matriculation) a) a President Scout/
Guide/ Ranger/ Rover or Himalayan Wood Badge Holder or A pre-H/B trained Scout
Leader/ Advanced Trained Guide/ Leader/ Captain, Should have been an active
member of a Scout Organization for at least 3 years in the recent past and
should continue to be active, Should have attended at least one event at
National level and one or two events at State level or Should have a good
