Exam Details:
Andhra Bank invited online applications for the post of Probationary Officer / Specialist Officer for 470 Posts of IT officers, Rajbasha officers, HR officers & Law officers. Eligible Candidates who have taken the Common Written Examination (CWE) for Probationary Officer cadre conducted by IBPS in  September / November 2011 and for Specialist Officers on 11 March 2012 and have a valid Score card issued by IBPS are eligible to apply.

Exam Pattern: The final selection is made on the basis of Written test & Interview.

1. Written test is of objective & Descriptive type. In objective test negative marking is also there for wrong answers. There are 225 question carrying 200 marks which are to be attempted in 135 minutes. 75 Questions are based on Reasoning ability, 50 questions on each- English language, General Awareness & Quantitative Aptitude. In descriptive type, there will be 5 question of 60 marks which are to reattempted in 1 hour.

2. Interview: Those who manage to clear the written test will be called for the interview.

 
How to get the application Form: 1. Candidates are required to apply online through website www.andhrabank.in on or before 15 September 2012.

2. Candidates should ensure that their personal email ID (as specified in the online application form while applying for Common Written Examination CWE conducted in November/ December 2011) is kept active during the currency of a recruitment project. Bank can send call letters for Group Discussion/ Interview etc. to the registered e-mail ID.

3. Carefully fill in the details such as fee payment details from the CBS Challan/ NEFT Receipt in the Online Application Form, scores obtained in stipulated CWE etc. at the appropriate places and submit the same online.

4. Take a printout of the system generated online application form to be submitted at the time of interview, copies of which may also be retained for your reference.
