AP PSC Exam 2014 Application Form Date Result 2014-2015 Admit Card


AP PSC (Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission) is conducted for the recruitment of the personnel’s in the Andhra Pradesh.

Educational Qualifications: Applicant must be Graduate in any of the stream.

Age Criteria:  the age of the aspirant will have to be in between 18 to 55 years of age.

Application Fees: Applicant have to pay Rs.100/- no fee charges for reserved category applicants.

Selection Procedure: The applicant will have to face preliminary examination if one qualifies that then will appear in Mains examination then applicant will be selected on the basis of the Group applied for proceedings.

Procedure to Apply:  Applicant will have to visit to the official site of the AP PSC www.appsd.gov.in and enter the details in the examination form. When this procedure is complete then applicant will have to enter the fee details and upload their photo and sigh below it. Then the submission link has to be clicked by applicant.

Syllabus for Preliminary:

General Science, Psychological Ability, Indian History, Indian Polity and Economy,  India and world Geography, Current events of national and international significance.
Syllabus for Mains:

Paper I consist of General Essay:

Section I: Crisis management, Social problems, Research and solutions.
Section II: National & International current events.
Section III: Andhra Pradesh current events.

Paper II consists of:

Section I: Indian History and Culture
Section II: Andhra Pradesh state social & culture history.
Section III: Indian constitution general overview.

Paper III consists of:

Section I: India & Indian Economy Planning.
Section II: Social changes in Andhra Pradesh after independence.
Section III: AP state economy, current status, weaknesses & strengths

Paper IV consists of:

Section I: Role of Science in development of India.
Section II: General Awareness.
Section III: Development & Environment problems.

Paper V consists of:

Section I: Date Interpretation and Problem Solving
Section II: Data presenting in tabular and graphical forms.
Section III: Problem solving by using sequence, series, date, time arrangements and passage analysis.

Admit Card: The admit card can be downloaded from the website by entering registration ID.
