Punjab Agricultural
University has invited applications from the Project Fellow for the projects
titled “Rapid Production of Virus free daisy tangerine on Carrizo rootstocks by
in vitro shoot tips grafting” and “Molecular Mapping of Leaf Rust Resistance
Gene Derived from Aegilops Tauschii and its Transfer into Elite Wheat
Cultivars”. Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria may apply by last date
i.e. 8th of July 2013 for first project and 18th of July
2013 for second project.

Qualifications: The
applicant must be having the B.Sc. Degree in the agriculture at least with 50% of
aggregate marks or M.Sc. in Life sciences or Agricultural Sciences with 55% of
minimum marks.
Age
Criteria: The
age of the candidate must not be more than 40 years.

Fees:
Rs.200/- by DD payable at Ludhiana in favor of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana.
Pay
Structure: The
aspirant will be liable to get the pay of Rs.14000/-p.m.
Selection
Procedure: Interview
will be conducted for the selection of the appropriate applicant as a project
fellow.
