Exam Details:
ICFAI Business School (IBS), Bangalore exam date for the IBS Aptitude Test (IBSAT) 2012 is conducted for taking admission to the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program offered at IBS and other tier-2 B-Schools in the country for the commencing session 2013. IBS Aptitude Test (IBSAT) 2012 exam date will be held from 15th December 2012 to 06th January 2013 by ICFAI University.

How to get the application Form: Interested Candidates in appearing for IBSAT there are 3 ways by which candidates can apply for the exam. They can apply online by visiting the official site of IBSAT of the following methods: -

1.) OMR Application Form: -
Candidates are required to fill up the OMR Application Form, enclose the same and send it to the Admissions Officer, IBSAT Office (address given on the left hand side).

2.) Online Application Form: -
Candidates can apply online by filling up the Application Form available at www.ibsat.org and make payment of Rs. 1,200/- towards the cost of the application form using Credit/Debit Card (Visa/MasterCard/Citibank Card) through secure internet payment gateway. 3.) Alternative way: -
Eligible candidates can download the Application Form from www.ibsat.org, complete it and send it to the Admissions Officer along with the demand draft of Rs. 1,200/- (DD in favor of “IUCF A/c IBS” payable at Hyderabad). The IBSAT application material will be sent to such applicants.


Exam Pattern:
IBSAT is a 2.00 hours (120 minutes) objective type multiple choice exam. The examination is held to measure the ability of the candidates in the following areas: -

A.)
Quantitative Techniques: 25 questions
B.)
Data Interpretation and Data Adequacy: 25 questions
C.)
English: 50 questions
D.)
Reading Comprehension: 25 questions


IBSAT is followed by the 30 minute general essay round and another general awareness test of half an hour. IBSAT exam score is given 25% weightage in the entire admission process.
