IBSAT Exam
IBSAT (ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test)
is conducted for the admission in MBA for the evaluation of aptitude of the
students. Students who want to pursue the course may apply online and take up
the exam.
Educational Qualifications: Applicant should be
Graduate from any Discipline with above 50 % of aggregate marks.
Application
Fees:
DD of Rs.1200/- in favour of IUFC A/c IBS payable at Hyderabad. There is also
provision of online payment of fees.
Procedure to
Apply: The
application form can be taken from website www.ibsat.org and dully fill in all
manners has to be sent to the Admission Officer, IBS HQ Admissions Department,
13/17, Nagarjuna Hills, Punjagutta, Hyderabad-500082 along with educational

Exam
Pattern: IT
consists of 125 Multiple Type questions of Verbal ability, Reading
comprehension, Quantitative aptitude, Data sufficiency and data interpretation,
of 2 hrs duration
Syllabus: Verbal
(Contextual usage, Verbal Reasoning, Analogies, Syllogisms,), logical and Data
interpretation (Line charts, Visual reasoning, Pie Chart, identifying valid
inferences , Linear arrangements, identifying next number in series, Statements
and conclusions, Family tree - identifying relationship among group of
people,), Quantitative Aptitude (Geometry, BODMAS, Arithmetic progression,
Ratios and Proportion, Simple Interest & Compound Interest, Logarithm,
Percentages,) and English Essay, Comprehension of passage, Antonyms, Jumbled
paragraphs with 4 or 5 sentences, Current Affairs, Top officials of big
companies, Sports, Automobiles, Finance, Books and Authors etc.
