Essential Qualification: Should be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and additional qualification of Degree in Law from any recognized university/institution.

Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates possessing qualification of ICWA.

Experience: Minimum 09 years experience of working as Company Secretary in a company having 50 crores equity or more.

Age Limit: Maximum prescribed age for the post of Company Secretary is 45 years as on 01.01.2016.

Pay Scale: Rs. 67,400 – 67,000/- per month with Grade Pay of Rs. 8,900/- p.m.
