University (CSMMU), Lucknow Entrance Exam 2012- 2013 for U.P. Combined
Pre-Medical Test (UPCPMT 2012), UPCPMT is a medical entrance exam conducted by
Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj Medical University for admission into first year
MBBS, BHMS, BUMS, BAMS and BDS programs in various Governments recognized
Dental / Medical / Homeopathic/ Ayurvedic/Unani colleges of Uttar Pradesh.
UPCPMT entrance exam will be conducted on 03/06/2012.
Educational Qualification: Interested & Eligible candidates can be completed in Bachelor Degree courses like Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery, Bachelor degree in Unani Medical Science, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery from any recognized board institute of India.
Exam Name which is going to be held: MBBS, BHMS, BUMS, BAMS
Application Fee Details: - Application Fee for this recruitment is Rs. 550/- For General Category and Rs. 30/- For Reserved Category.
Exam Pattern:
A.) The UPCPMT entrance exam will consist of 2 papers.
B.) The paper 1st will consist of a total 100 objective type question from Botany and Zoology. Each section contains 50 objective type questions.
C.) The paper 2nd will consist of a total 100 objective type question from Physics and Chemistry. Each section contains 50 objective type questions.
D.) The UPCPMT entrance test follows the syllabus of (12th) HSC pattern followed by most boards across India.

How to accomplished Candidature for this Recruitment: -
1.) Interested candidates who are willing to opt for UPCPMT 2012 can get the application form individually from major branches of Allahabad Bank in Uttar Pradesh by paying Rs. 1050 (including counseling charges) with Rs. 30 (Bank Charges) for general/ OBC category and Rs. 550 (including counseling charges) with Rs. 30 (Bank Charges) for (SC/ST) category.
2.) Application form can also be downloaded from the official website of Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj Medical University.
3.) The duly filled application is to be submitted by the registered/speed post placed in the envelop without folding, to the “Chairman, C.P.M.T.-2012, CSM Medical University, U.P., Lucknow-226 003 U.P. “on or before 12th, May 2012.
4.) The OMR sheet is to be filled with utmost care with dark blue or black Ball Point Pen. (Do not use Felt/Sketch pen). There should not be any overwriting or cutting.
5.) Admit card along with your roll number, shall be available for download at website www.csmmu.in. Admit card shall not be sent by post.
