of Spices Research : The Indian Institute of Spices Research (IISR), Calicut a constituent body of Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) is a major Institute devoted to research on spices. In 1976, it started as a Regional Station of the Central Plantation Crops Research Institute (CPCRI), Kasaragod engaged in research on spices.

candidate should have holding analogous posts on regular basis in the same capacity in the ICAR system, and possessing the qualification 12 th Class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.candidate capable to take dictation test in English or in Hindi at 80 w.p.m for 10 minutes.
