inception of North East Regional Institute of Education dates back to the year
1982. The ‘Task Force’ of National Council of Educational Research and Training
(NCERT) headed by Madhuri Shah made a recommendation to set up a Regional
Centre for NCERT in the north east.

Age Limit: Candidate age should not more than 18-27 Years .
