The University of
Lucknow is a public residential university of the Lucknow city devoted to the
accessibility of educational provisions of the students of Lucknow area and

particular discipline depends on the eligibility criteria set by the university

Admission
Criteria:
The admission to
different courses will be done on the basis of entrance test conducted
separately for different courses under different dates as prescribed in the
admission schedule of the university. The selection to a particular course is
done on the basis of merit and cut-off decided by the university. If a student
secures same cut-off marks and the seats are not available then the marks
secured in the Intermediate exam will be compared and if that also tallies then
the marks secured in High-School will be compared and which-ever is more will
be admitted to the course.
Eligibility
Conditions:
For
Undergraduate courses: the eligibility is 10+2 from any of
the Boards (ISC, CBSE or the state Board) or any other Board recognized for the
purpose including the subjects chosen for application under UG program with
min. percent of marks in the concerned discipline.
For
Postgraduate course: the eligibility is a three year degree
of graduation in the concerned discipline from any college under LU or the
university’s department concerned or any other university recognized for this
purpose.

The
application for the admission to different programs can be made online from the
university website www.lkouniv.ac.in//.
The application process
is a three-step process:

2. Admission Fee Submission
3. Form Submission
The candidates after
getting registered on the university website will have to fill the application
form as prescribed. The candidates are advised to read the instructions
thoroughly befor filling the form. After filling of the form, the candidates
