National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), Bhubaneswar is on the
lookout for dynamic and performance driven professionals for the post of Industrial
Trainees in HR on contracyt basis for a period of one year. The details of post
and eligibility criteria are as under.
Name of Designation: Industrial Trainee (HR)
No. of Posts to be filled: 04 (UR-01, OBC- 02 & SC-01)
Professional Qualification: Full time Degree in any discipline & Degree/ PG Diploma in
Personnel Management/Labour Welfare/ Industrial Relations/ Management/
Behavioural Science/ Trg. & Development/ HRD/ HRM OR MBA with
specialization in PM/IR/HRD/ HRM OR Degree in Engg. OR PG Diploma in Social
Welfare (IISW, Cal). The total percentage of marks should be not less than 60%
for Unreserved (UR) & Other Backward Class (OBC) and 50% for SC/ST/PWD
category.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 28 years as on 31.10.2015. The upper age limit is
relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST & 03 years for OBC candidates.
Stipend: Candidates selected for the post of Industrial Trainees will be
offered consolidated monthly pay Rs. 10,200/- per month during training period.
Hiring Methodology: Industrial Trainees will be chosen on the basis of performance in
walk-in-interview.

which is scheduled to be conducted on 16.11.2015 at HRD Centre of Excellence, Nalco Nagar, Chandrasekharpur,
Bhubaneswar-751023. Candidates must bring their applications in the prescribed

of attested photocopies of the same on the date of walk-in.
