Walk-in-interview has been scheduled to be organized
by Kendriya Vidyalaya , Ballygunge, Kolkata for the selection of Post Primary
Teachers, Computer Instructor, Coaches for Volleyball, Football, Folk Dance,
German Language Teacher, Doctor, Nurse, counselor & Bengali Teacher in
various subjects/disciplines. The teachers appointed for the posts will be engaged
on part time contract basis for the session 2016-17. The details of vacancies
are stated hereunder.

1.
Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)
Subjects
–
English, Hindi, Phy, Chemistry, Biology, Maths. Commerce, Economics, Histroy,
Geography, Political Science
Educational
Qualification – (i) Post Graduate Degree in relevant
subject, (ii) B.Ed or equivalent from recognized university, (iii) Exposure of
teaching in English & Hindi medium, (iv) Composite knowledge of computer
operation is desirable.
2.
PGT (Computer Science)
Educational
Qualification - B.E / B. Tech. (Computer Science/IT)
from a recognized University or equivalent Degree or Diploma from an
institution/ university recognized by the Govt. of India OR M.Sc. /MCA or
equivalent qualification. Refer to advertisement for complete details.
3.
Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)
Subjects
-
English, Hindi, Maths, Science, Sanskrit & Social Science
Educational
Qualification - Four years’ Integrated degree course
of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at
least 50% marks in aggregate OR Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks in
the concerned subjects/ combination of subjects and in aggregate. Proficiency
in teaching Hindi and English medium is required & knowledge of computer applications
is desirable.
4.
Computer instructors
Educational
Qualification – BE/B.Tech (Comp. SC)/BCA/MCA/M.Sc.
(Comp. SC)/M.Sc. with Electronics and Computer Science/M.SC (IT) /B.SC in
Computer Science or equivalent.
5.
Primary Teacher
Educational
Qualification – 10+2 with 50% marks with JBT.
6.
Coaches (Volleyball Football & Folk Dance)
Educational
Qualification - Diploma in Coaching, State/National
Level Player.
7.
German Language Teacher
Educational
Qualification – (i) B2 Level of the Common European
Frame work for languages. (ii) Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in German for
teachers who have learnt from Indian University.
8.
Doctor
Educational
Qualification – MBBS and registered with MCI.
9.
Nurse
Educational
Qualification – Diploma in nursing/Diploma in
General Nursing & Midwife Course/B.Sc. Nursing
10.
Counselor
Educational
Qualification – BA/B.Sc. (Psychology) with
certificate of diploma in counseling.
