U.P. Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC),
Lucknow invites applications through employment notification for the
recruitment of Jr. Assistant. Potential candidates who are waiting for
Government jobs in Uttar Pradesh, having the requisite qualification and
experience may apply online from 10.02.2016 to 29.02.2016. The details and
eligibility conditions of the post which are to be filled up are given

Name of the Exam: UPSSSC Junior Assistant
(General Selection) Recruitment 2016
Position Name: The concerned
job vacancy which is to be filled is named as “Junior Assistant”
Total No. of vacancies: 5306 Posts (UR-3258,
OBC-937, SC-976, ST-135)
Essential Educational Qualification: Applicants
should have passed Intermediate Examination (10+2) or equivalent from Board of
Technical Education Uttar Pradesh or equivalent and must possess CCC
Certificate from DOEACC Society OR Diploma in Computer Application with
Computer typing speed of 25 wpm in Hindi and 30 wpm in English.
Pay Scale Offered: The initial basic
scale recommended for the post is Rs. 5,200 – 20,200+ + G.P Rs. 1,900/- per
month.
Age Limit: Candidates’ age
should be within18-40 yrs as on 01.07.2016, i.e., candidates born on or before
01.07.1998 and after 02.07.1976 are eligible to apply. Candidates belonging to
SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Servicemen shall be given relaxation in upper age limit as per
prescribed rules.
Cost of Application: Online application fee in
the form of e-challan to be deposited into any branch of State bank of India is
payable in the following manner:
- UR/OBC: Rs.
185/- (including Rs. 25/- as processing fee)
- SC/ST: Rs.
95/- (including processing fee of Rs. 25/-)
- PWD: Rs.
25/- (only processing fee of Rs. 25/-)
Mode of Selection: All candidates
appearing for the recruitment process will have to undergo written test as well
as skill test and interview. Merit list will be prepared considering the
following criteria:-
(i) Objective type written test – 40 marks
(ii) Educational Qualification – 30 marks
(iii) Sportsperson – 05 marks
(iv) Interview – 25 marks

registration,
(iv) Now, click on to “Apply”
(v) Select the respective trade & open the link’ Candidates
registration”
(vi) Enter all the details & submit application after verifying
all the details mentioned in the application.
(vii) Take printout of the application form & retain it for
future use.
