1. Manager (Legal) – 01 Post
2. Assistant Company Secretary (SSL) – 01 Post
Academic
Requisites –
1. Manager (Legal) – Graduation in any stream
with LLB or equivalent qualification with 5 years of working experience.
2. Assistant Company Secretary – Should be a
qualified Company Secretary and MBA with one year experience OR CS with minimum
3 years of experience.
Place
of Duty: The selected individuals will be posted
initially at Corporate Office, Jaipur. However, these positions are laible to
be transferred in any of the locations of Hindustan/Sambhar Salts Limited as
per Company’s requirement.
Higher
Limit of Age: Candidates applying for the post
of Manager (Legal) & Asst. Company Secretary should be less than 40 years
of age. Upper age limit is relaxable for deserving candidates as per discretion
of the Company based on qualification and experience.
Monthly
Scale of Pay (IDA pattern):
1. Manager (Legal) – Rs. 8,600 – 14,600/-
2. Assistant Company Secretary – Rs. 6,550 –
11,350/-
Mode
of Selection: The selection process will consist
of written test and/or personal interview of shortlisted candidates. The offer
of Appointment shall be issued to the deserving candidate in the order of merit.
