& Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) has circulated employment notification
for filling up the posts of Assistant Technicians and Junior Assistant
Technicians at A-1 and A-2 levels respectively in various disciplines for
assignment in Hazira Plant at Surat (Gujarat). Eligible and desirous applicants
having referred qualifications and experience can apply online from 18.04.2016
(10:00 AM) to 30.04.2016 (06:00 PM). Details regarding age, qualifications, fee

Educational
Qualification:
A-II
level Posts: Three years Diploma in
Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from recognized university or institution.
A-I
level Posts: Matriculation with Science and
Trade Certificate in Fitting / Diesel Mechanic / Electrical / Instrumentation / Turner / Machining
Tractor / Motor Vehicle / Welding / Black Smithy / Boiler Attendant &
Machinist Grinder. B.Sc. with Chemistry as main subject for Post No. 2(v).
Age
Restriction: Minimum age for all the posts
will be 18 years. Upper age limit will be as per ONGC policy & directives.
The crucial date for determining age will be considered as on 30th
April 2016.
Distribution
of Salary: Candidates selected for the posts will be
provided initial basic pay as mentioned below:-
- A-II Level Posts – Rs. 12,000/- p.m.
- A-I Level Posts – Rs. 11,000/- p.m.
Apart from the basic pay, usual allowances and
benefits will be admissible as per prevailing rules.
