(Scale-I) Vacancy in UIIC recruitment 2016
An employment notification has been revealed
by United India Insurance Company Limited (UIIC) for the enlistment of
Administrative Officer – Medical (Scale-I) on regular basis. Those candidates
fulfilling the requisite qualification can apply in the prescribed application
format on or before 15.05.2016. Other details such as age limit, educational qualification,
selection criteria & application process are elaborated below:

Name: Administrative Officer-Medical (Scale-I)

Requirements: 12 Vacancies
Category-wise
breakup of Vacancies:
(i) UR - 06 Posts
(ii) OBC: 04 Posts
(iii) SC - 01 Post
(iv) ST - 01 Post
Place
of Posting: The selected persons will be
placed at Company’s Head Office at Chennai or Company’s Regional Offices
located at various locations across India.
Educational
Qualification: Candidates keen to apply for the
post should possess eligibility as on 31.12.2015 with the following
qualifications –
(i) M.B.B.S. Degree or equivalent foreign
degrees from a recognized University, which are recognized as equivalent to
M.B.B.S. degree by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
(ii) A valid registration from Medical Council
of India or any State Medical Council.
(iii) Adequate knowledge of computer
operations will be desirable.
Extent
of Age: The applying persons attaining their age not
below 21 years and not above 30 years as on 31.12.2015 can apply.
Relaxation
in upper age limit:
- SC/ST – 5 years
- OBC – 3 years
- PWD – 10 years

Candidates seeking age relaxation will have to
submit copies of necessary certificates and produce the original certificates
for verification at the time of interview.
Pay
Structure: The gross emoluments to be dispensed to the
appointed persons will be in the scale of Rs.32795 - 1610 (14) – 55335 – 1745 (4)
- 62315 with admissible allowances and benefits applicable as per rules of the
Company.
Pattern
of Selection: Shortlisted candidates will be
called for personal interview. Selected candidates if certified to be medically
fit will be appointed as “Administrative Officer – Medical (Scale-I).

UIIC website.

self-attested copy of certificates and testimonials in a sealed envelope
superscribed in capital letters on the outer covering with “UIIC-Administrative
