Educational
Qualification and Experience:
1. AGM (Traction) / DGM (Traction) - B.E / B.
Tech in Electrical)/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 10 years
experience for AGM Post & 15 years experience for DGM Post.
2. DGM (Architecture) - B.Arch Engineering Graduate
with minimum 15 years experience.
3. DGM (Track) - B.E / B. Tech (Civil)
Engineering Graduate with minimum 15 years experience.
4. DGM (Design) - B.E / B. Tech (Civil)
Engineering Graduate with minimum 15 years experience.
5. DGM (HR) - Master Degree in MBA (HR) / MHRM
with minimum 15 years of Post Qualification experience.
Age
Limitation: The
higher age limit for the AGM is 45 years and for DGM is 50 years. The crucial
date for calculating age will be considered as on date of advertisement. Age
can be relaxed in case of exceptionally qualified and deserving candidates.
Range of
Salary: The
compensation payable to the AGM will be Rs. 75,000 – 1,00,000/- p.m. whereas
Dy. General Managers are entitled for Rs. 90,000 – 1,20,000/- p.m.
Method
of Hiring: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in the personal
interview of short listed candidates.
