Vacancy in Northern Railway Recruitment 2016
Delhi Division of the Northern Railway has intended to
enroll sports personnel in various sports disciplines. Eligible and interested
male persons may apply on or before 24th June 2016. The details of

Educational
Qualification: Job contenders should have passed
Matriculation (10th class) or equivalent examination from recognized
board.
Age:
The
sports personnel should be in the age group of 18 years (minimum) and 25 years
(maximum) as on 01.07.2016.
Scale
of Pay: Rs. 5,200-20,200+ Rs. 1,800 (GP)
Application
Fee: A non-refundable amount of Rs. 40/- in the form of
crossed Indian Postal Order in the name of “Divisional Sports Association,
Northern Railway, Delhi Division” payable at New Delhi should be paid by the
applicants. SC/ST category persons are exempted from payment of fee.
Criteria
of Selection: Selection process involves various phases
as mentioned below:-
(i) Shortlisting of applications based on fulfillment
of eligibility criteria,
(ii) Trial of sports performance
(iii) Interview assessment of sports achievement
academic qualification and other criteria,
(iv) Document verification,
(v) Medical Fitness Test.

candidates satisfying the given conditions of eligibility may apply in the
specific format downloaded from Northern Railway website http://www.nr.indianrailways.gov.in/
. Application form should be on a good quality plain A4 size paper furnishing all
the necessary details. Application complete in all respect duly signed by the
application along with two latest passport size photographs duly attested by a
Gazetted officer in a sealed envelope should be submitted by ordinary post to
the following address latest by 24.06.2016.
