Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has
invited applications from qualified and experienced persons for the post of
Lecturer CTEs /IASEs/B.Ed. Colleges in the Directorate of SCERT, Assam under
Elementary Education Department. Eligible and willing candidates can apply in
the prescribed application format on or before 04.07.2016. The details of Assam

Educational
Qualification: Candidates should possess Master
Degree in the concerned subject with 55% marks from any recognized University
& M.Ed. with 55% marks. Weightage will be given to the candidates having
Ph.D/M.Phil degree.
Experience
Required: At least 5 years teaching experience in
elementary or secondary education
Age
Restriction: Candidates age should be in the
range of 21- 43 years as on 03.03.2016. Age relaxation up to 05 years will be
applicable to SC/ ST (P) & ST (H) candidates.
Pay
Scale: The suitable candidates selected for the post
of Lecturers will be entitled to the pay band Rs. 12,000 - 40,000/- with AGP of Rs. 5,900/- PM plus other
allowances as admissible under the rules of Govt. of Assam.
Selection
Criteria: Candidates will be selected on the basis of
performance in written test and interview.

Duly filled up application form affixed with a
recent photograph along with self-attested photocopies of all relevant
certificates/ mark sheets, experience & other relevant documents should be
