Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) has
circulated employment notification for the recruitment of Assistant Conservator
of Forests for engagement in the Department of Forests Ecology and Environment,
Government of Karnataka,. Eligible and willing personnel may apply online from
09.06.2016 to 08.07.2016 by 11:45 pm. Other details related to age, educational

Location: The appointed persons will be posted at any
place in the state of Karnataka.
Educational
Qualification: Candidates should possess B.Sc or
B.Sc. (Forestry) or Bachelor of Science/ Engineering from recognized
university/college.
Range
of Age: Candidates applying for the Asstt.
Conservator of Forest post should meet the age requirement given below:-
- For General Category – 18 yrs to 30 yrs
- For 2A/ 2B/ 3A/ 3B Category – 18 yrs to 33 yrs
- For SC/ST & Category-1 – 18 yrs to 35 yrs
Pay
Scale: Rs. 28,100-50,100/- per month.

Fee:
Candidates will be required to pay application fee of Rs. 25/- in case of SC/
ST/ CAT 1 candidates and all others to pay Rs. 300/- through e-payment by
downloading challan from KSPC website and deposit into nearest post office.
Selection
Procedure: Candidates suitable for the post will be
selected through Physical Standard Test, Computer Based Recruitment Test
(CBRT), interview and medical examination.
