Professional Qualification: Candidates should have passé final examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and should be an Associate / Fellow Member of ICSI.

Work Experience: Minimum 22 years
Age Limitation: Candidates applying for the post of DGM (Company Secretary) should be age less than 50 years as on 30th June 2016.

Relaxation in Upper Age Limit –
- 05 years for SC/ST
- 03 years for OBC (NCL)
- 10 years for PWD (UR)
- 15 years for PWD (SC/ST)
- 13 years for PWD (OBC)
Age relaxation for Ex-Servicemen will be as per government directives.
Pay Scale: Rs. 51300– 73000/-
