Andhra Pradesh
State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC), Krishna Region has issued an employment
circular for special recruitment of 1355 Drivers on contract basis under SC/ ST
category for engagement in various districts/regions in the State of Andhra
Pradesh. Eligible candidates fulfilling the required eligibility criteria can
apply in prescribed application format on or before 25.07.2016 up to 05:00 PM.

Educational Qualification: Candidate should be having valid License for
Driving HPMV/ HGV or Transport Vehicle for a period of not less than 18 months
on last date of submission of application and must have ability to read and
write regional language Telugu or Urdu.
Age Limit: Candidate age should be aged in the range of 22 – 45 years
as on 1st July 2016.
Consolidated Remuneration: Suitable candidates will be paid Rs. 13,700/-
per month against rendering services.
Cost of Application: Candidates are required to obtain application by
paying Rs. 100/- at the concerned office.
Selection Procedure: Driving Test will be conducted for selection of
appropriate applicants.
