Punjab National Bank (PNB) has released an
employment circular for the recruitment of Chief Digital Officer (CDO) in the
rank of General Manager, DGM (Economist) & AGM (Company Secretary) posts on
contractual basis. Willing candidates fulfilling the required eligibility
criteria can apply in the prescribed application format on or before 11th
July 2016. The details of recruitment are mentioned below:-

Educational
Qualification:
1. Chief Digital Officer - BE in Computer
Science and Engineering/ Information Science and Engineering/ Electronics and
Communication Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute OR B.Sc. and
MCA from a recognized University/ Institute. Experience – Minimum 10 years.
2. DGM (Economist) - Post Graduation in
Economics having monetary/financial economics/statistics/ econometrics as
subjects, from an Indian /Foreign University duly recognized by Govt. of India.
Experience – Minimum 10 years.
3. AGM (Company Secretary) -Graduation and
Membership of Institute of Companies secretaries of India (ICSI). Experience –
Minimum 10 years.
Age
Limit:
1. Chief Digital Officer (CDO) – Minimum 40
years & Maximum 48 years
2. DGM (Economist) – Minimum 45 years &
Maximum 50 years
3. AGM (Company Secretary) – Minimum 40 years
& Maximum 55 years.
The crucial age will be calculated as on 1st
January 2016.
Compensation
Package /CTC:
1. Chief Digital Officer /GM – Attractive
Compensation Package
2. DGM (Economist) – Rs. 40.00 lacs p.a. (all
inclusive).
3. AGM (Company Secretary) – Rs. 30.00 lacs
p.a. (all inclusive).
Selection
Criteria: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for
personal interview.

Fee:
Candidates need to pay of Rs. 50/- (only postage) in case of SC/ ST category
& Rs. 1000/- for in the form of Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized/
Scheduled Bank in favour of “Punjab National Bank – Recruitment on contract
basis” payable at New Delhi.
