Online Applications are invited by the Director,
Land Records, under the Department of Revenue, Rehabilitation and Disaster
Management, Govt. of Punjab, for filling up the posts of Revenue Patwari &
Canal Patwari through Punjab State Patwari Written Examination-2016. Willing
and eligible candidates may apply online from 13/09/2016 to 04/10/2016. The

Educational
Qualification: Candidate should be having a Bachelor
degree in any discipline from a recognized university and must have passed
matriculation with Punjabi as one of the subject or its equivalent level. Refer
to official advertisement for complete details.
Age
Limitation: Candidates attaining age between 21
years and 37 years are eligible to apply. The cut-off date for reckoning age
will be 01/08/2016. Relaxation in upper age limit for all reserved categories
will be considered as per Govt. rules.
Pay
Scale: Rs. 10300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 3200/-
Examination
Fee: Application fee is Rs.800/-
(Rupees Eight hundred) only for all categories except SC/ ST/PHC/Ex-Servicemen of Punjab domicile,
for whom it will be Rs.400/- (Rupees Four hundred) only. The payment of fee shall
be made through prescribed Bank Challan to be deposited
into any Branch of HDFC Bank only.
Scheme
of Selection: Selection of suitable candidates will
be based on merit in the written examination conducted by competent authority.
Candidates, who qualify the Written Examination, will be called for physical
verification of documents at office of Director, Land Records, Jalandhar, Punjab.
