RailTel Corporation of India Limited has launched
special recruitment drive for selection of OBC, SC, ST and Persons with
Disabilities (PwD) for the post of Dy. Manager (Technical) on regular basis.
Eligible and interested Indian citizens may submit their applications with
relevant documents on or before 19th September 2016. Other details
like designation, reservation roster, qualification, age, selection criteria,

There are 19 posts to be filled, out
of which 05 posts are reserved for OBC & 09 Posts each for SC & ST.
Educational
Qualification:
Candidates possessing – (i) B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc.
(Engineering) in Electronics & Telecom Engg; Or Computer Science Engg; Or
Information Technology; Or Electrical Engg.; Or M.Sc.(Electronics); Or
equivalent & (ii) qualified GATE-2016 in EC paper are eligible to apply.
Age
Limit:
The range of age as on 01/07/2016 will be
considered in the following manner:-
- OBC (non creamy layer only) – 21 to 31 years
- SC/ST – 21 to 33 years

Pay
Scale:
Rs. 16,400-40,500/- (IDA-2nd PRC). Other benefits
such as HRA/lease, medical benefits, EPF, gratuity, leave encashment,
performance related pay etc. shall be as per extant rules/instructions of
RailTel.
Selection
Procedure:
Shortlisted candidates, based on GATE-2016
score, will be interviewed by nominated committee. Interviews may be conducted
at Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi/Gurgaon and Hyderabad/Secunderabad centres.
Application
Fee:
Candidates other than SC/ST/PH categories are to pay application processing fee
in the form of a demand draft of Rs. 1,000/- in favour of ‘RailTel Corporation
of India Limited’, payable at Delhi. No fee required to be paid in case of
SC/ST/PH candidates.

along with self-attested photocopies of all documents & certificates &
demand draft in an envelope superscribed as ‘Application for the post of Dy.
